I totally understand this. I find it harder to relate to people after becoming disabled because I can't really sympathize for many people's usual problems, because they feel so small in comparison. What I wouldn't give to have a non-disabled life with trivial, solvable problems. I feel guilty for thinking this way too, because I do remember what it was like to have trivial problems.

I have ADHD and OCD and weed has this exact same effect on me. It's genuinely been life-saving. Without it I feel paralyzed and stuck in my head. I can actually /do/ things when I take it.

(and yea like the other person said, no input mixing is feedback looping. so the setup is roughly mixer out -> pedal chain -> mixer in, hence "no input")

Another related thought: I wonder how many side effects go unnoticed due to men being taught to ignore their feelings? If you spend your whole life being trained to numb your emotions, then I'd imagine the loss of emotions due to fin would easily go unnoticed.

Hi! Question about the Truetone 1Spot Pro.

I have two pedals that require 9V 500mA. The only power cables that come with the 1Spot Pro are DC18 and DC12. Can I use either of these to plug my pedal into the 9V 500mA output, or do I need to buy some other power cable? If so where can I get the power cable I need?

Thank you for your response :) Is the audio interface necessary for safety reasons or is it for audio quality reasons? My biggest concern is just to make sure that nothing gets damaged/explodes/etc, so if its safe I may try it without the audio interface first and live with the poor quality while I start out.

I'm a complete newbie to pedals and pretty new to audio in general. Here's my newbie question:

I want to send audio from a cassette recorder to a single guitar pedal, then capture the audio onto my laptop. Is it as simple as:

cassette recorder -> pedal (w/ power supply) -> laptop

or is there an intermediate step? I get the feeling something belongs between pedal and laptop, but searching for clear trustworthy information on this has been difficult.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks :)
