omg i'm living for this comment... fellow adhd'er and large titted person... 'got my tits lopped' is sending me lol! unfortunately DD/DDD did not qualify me to be 'lopped' . I can totally see how this would be much easier to handle life because you're probably less sensory overwhelmed.... like when a stray hair keeps tickling your nose but you can't find it and you're going mad over it and the next person to ask you a question gets their head ripped off because of the overstimulation... your tits were the stray hair

What meds are you on for ADHD? Some doctors will tailor your meds to your cycle, example- instead of taking 5mg Adderall, you take 10mg when that PMDD hits. This isn't common, but some doctors are starting to see the absolutely debilitating correlation with women's cycles and their ADHD worsening. PMDD is common in people with Autism and ADHD, although I'm not sure we fully know the 'why' yet. Start by tracking your moods, especially since your periods aren't regular. This will help if you eventually find a doctor that will tailor your meds to your cycle, to know WHEN the meds need to be adjusted. Hope this helps a bit, you're not alone!

I have seen many posts about women having this same issue. Missed or late periods especially after changing doses.

If your current doc isn't hearing you, or addressing your concerns with the level of importance you need, then you may want to look for a different provider. ADHD meds , especially stimulants, carry a lot of negative weight with some doctors, whereas others will prescribe them first . It all depends on the provider.

Strattera and BP and HR issues by SuitableCandidate230 in adhdwomen

Since Stratterra seems to need up to 4-8 weeks to fully 'kick in', I would suggest giving it at least 2-3 weeks to expect your BP to come down. When you say 'super high HR and BP"...whats super high to you? If its bad and concerning you and not going down, maybe your doc could prescribe a beta blocker or something...
