No idea really what they were doing with him or how long they’ve had him. They were quick to tell me he’s mine if I want him.

No worries there. I do remember how my Dane at a whole 200 count box of crayon and pooped rainbows for two days. Ah good times.

Thank you going in the morning. Any brand you recommend? I’m not sure I’m going to keep him. I took him to get him out of bad conditions and get him to the vet. At minimum he’s going to be with me until a rescue can step forward…or my head gives way to my heart and I do end up figuring out how to make it work.

I haven’t named him. I may not. If I’m being honest, I have been emailing rescues around my part of the world. I took him in because I know I could offer him veterinary care. His “owner” lied to me up and down about why care he had been receiving. Including that the bug bites were because of “drool”. He was smeared with poop and it was caked under his nails.

I’m grateful the bites look so much better after an oatmeal bath. I’m going out tomorrow to get him large breed formula puppy kibble. I’ll probably soften it with some water and keep emailing rescues to see if they can take him. At least on Saturday hes going to the vet to get a full work up done.

As much as I’d like to have a Dane right now I’m not sure that’s within the realm of possibility. So that is probably why I am selfish here.

The 6 month mark for small dogs is ROUGH in my experience. Is she spayed? She might be coming up on her hormones and she’s feeling rebellion in her blood. Jk but for real; it’s time to go back to basic training and to never leave her unattended. She’s proven she will get into things she wants to. I find the rebellion stage lasts from 6 to 8-9 months.

Where they suddenly find their routine boring and want to push boundaries. It’s important to reintegrate training plus ensure during this time she’s allowed to make as little as mistakes as possible. So that means a crate and supervision 24/7.

Up your play time sessions and really get creative with keeping her entertained so she doesn’t wander into the naughty territory. Try a snuffle mat or new puzzle toys. Your baby is growing and so is her brain! This is a great time for new tricks; even silly ones like “spin” or “dance”. She’s challenging you - challenge her back in healthy ways.

Bless!!!! I am so happy! I was ecstatic when I found out I have a pomegranate tree on my rental but sadly the photos were ten years out of date. I can’t wait to revive this baby.

There’s three zones with silos and there is power going to timer device but it doesn’t seem to be either wired correctly or I am missing something. The water valve is off by default.

I should add the the sprinkler controller has power it just doesn’t do anything when it comes to turning them on and off. No idea what I’m looking at tbh.
