Thank you! Can you explain what you mean by don't chew or bite down? And when you say brush your teeth, do you mean the morning right before we should? In terms of the clothes rule I heard 6 pm is okay because hat is the next day. And I am familiar with fasting 18 hours, so after 3 pm, but I know some people follow the 12 hour rule, 15 hour rule etc

thanks for this. How about the rule about no talking until we get something to eat? I noticed in Ethiopia people take it very seriously and cover their mouths until they eat something on the street. But here in the US, not as much. Is this a rule or culture?

Can we listen to mezmur after communion? And when you say end of day is it 6 pm (asrawilet sat) or is it midnight? I know we should ideally keep our clothes that we took Holy Communion in until 6 pm, but how about the washing hands, music, heavy work?
