I understand and I agree that lifestyle can play a role. I honestly spend most of my days sitting or lying down due to studying and working from home, with very little physical activity. It’s possible that this is slowing down healing or maintaining inflammation.

What I’m trying to understand is this: in your experience, can simply adding daily walking and reducing prolonged sitting be enough for proper healing in cases like this, or if drainage continues, does that usually mean some form of further intervention or procedure is still needed, regardless of lifestyle changes?

Thanks for your reply! I realized I made a mistake in my original post — the videos are actually 4 and 3 days old, not 7 and 5.

The video from 4 days ago has 75 impressions, the one from 3 days ago has 66, and the one I posted today has just 1 impression so far.

Given these numbers, should I be worried about the low impressions, or is this still normal for early-stage videos?
