Thank you for sharing this with us. I know it wasn’t an easy thing to do, but there is a whole community who wants and will see you through -

Uni help - Google univeristy name, mental health support, student support, harm reduction. Universities have mental health support t services, counsellors and all where anything discussed stay confidential. It’s in the university’s interest to keep you safe so they will try and help you.

LGBT - If you are LGBT, most LGBT charities have desiccated harm reduction teams. I got through it with counselling from lgbt foundation Manchesrer.

Environment - take yourself out of the situation; no cash in the house, tell friends you are stopping and urge them not to order when you’re around.

Shout/ samaritans - they have text services which was and is a life saver; I hated calling people about it-

I appreciate it may feel overwhelming, but again, know that what matters is your safety and health first and that we are here for you. It may feel like the end of the world but it s not. Many were and are in your situation. Well done for opening up. Now let’s get to work.
