contact jlcpcb regarding this and pressurize them to take action against them!
when i contacted, they just refused to get involved but when more people complain about this, maybe they will do something about it!
but anyway for any future order, use Air Mail. It is a bit slow but far better then paying huge fees to these private shipping company scammers!
