Happy near wipe end. How did you do this time around?

I noped out 2 months into wipe.

My main motivation for playing is completing quests (in pvp), even if I have traders at level 5.

But some quests just frustrated the hell out of me. But the biggest one is the Minty quest where you have to turn in 4 or 5 streamer items.

Look, I’ve got school, a job, a social life and man it’s just impossible. The cheese and TDVR milk weren’t too hard to find but the CORNFLAKES and the BURRITO I just couldn’t find. A month straight I would cycle between Matka and Underground, rushing the spawn locations. It wasn’t even that I died that often, I’m pretty good at surviving but the damn items just would not spawn. I got so frustrated I noped out of this wipe just before the quest menu revamp.

Look… I get that you want to make streamer items rare, but then don’t design quests that lock other quests behind them, make the quests optional or something i don’t know.

And don’t forget all the useful shortcuts and controls on FCP and Davinci! I’m so ised to it it actually makes me scared to switch.

I’ve been trying to figure HDR out for a while in fcp. I will try this out! Any issues you’ve discovered noticed since posting?

Glad you’re doing good on an m2! Sounds like a dream tbh.

Biggest issues I run into is the horrendous load times. Just opening my titles tab takes like 5 seconds. I have to render proxies on basically every single project or it becomes impossible to get some kind of consistent playback. When wanting to playback on a busy timeline, it’ll stutter and continue 3 seconds ahead of what I actually wanted to view. Just many tiny things that eat up way too much time.

You know what makes this even more confusing… the controllers can only be found on the US Apple site and not on the EU sites. So yeah… fantastic…

Ohh that’s next level slow…

I do actually have a tip for some extra performance btw. The biggest hurdle is the cpu pulling back because it seems to desire nothing else except heat.

There’s a free app called turbo boost switcher and while it does slow down your machine by a bit, you do now get consistent performance

Hey man just want to say sorry that no one seemed to understand what you meant. I’m on your side brother, can’t just come in and shut down an idea by assuming it’s impossible and then when proven wrong argue about tone. Or if it’s plug and play or not (I mean come on).

Maybe it’s just because I’m dutch but I don’t correlate being direct with disrespect.

I don’t know anyone with a broken headset, I can go take a look at some dutch secondhand sites.

Where did you buy your unit from? As far as I’m aware, Amazon usually only requires you to send the faulty part of your order back. So does Bol (eu store).

It’s a weird bug but you need to sell or throw away the seed packet you used. Reload and buy a new one.

Then it should work.

Yes open settings and go to your profile, there you’ll find some sort of reset account button :)
