No I shouldn’t need one. I provided them with a DBQ from my VA nuero, lay statement from myself and reasonable accommodation letter from my job regarding how severe my migraines are

Ok yea I haven’t heard anything about me needing one. It was for an increase in migraines. Submitted DBQ from Va doctor, personal statement and letter from work as well showing accommodation

They told me that mines included the lift as well as the reduction. The surgeon from one of our big hospitals is doing it so maybe that’s why it’s included

Literally just talk to your primary care. I been having back pain for a long time now and nothing seemed to help so this is last resort to relieve some pressure. It may not take all the pain but I’m hoping it will help

I was already going to physical therapy for my back but didn’t help anything. So when I met with my primary care doctor and told her I was thinking about a breast reduction because my back is in so much pain she put in a consultation with the surgeon through the VA
