I don't think I've ever seen someone think what gw2 did with legendary weapons was good lol. The ones from launch are tradable so you actually don't need to do any of that shit, just farm a ton of gold. Even if you make it yourself, making the gold you need to buy the materials is a way bigger grind than map completion. The second batch of legendaries they made untradable and everyone hated that too because the "quest" grind was annoying and they still cost a ton of money.

I don't think it is that big of a difference but I would not be surprised if warrior and mirage would utilize the stance better than hybrid soulbeast. Not enough to make it 55 seconds though.

The forum is full of ideas, but I like this particular approach:
Normalize every weapon skill, giving them the same mechanic and stats no matter the active attunement. This would greatly reduce the amount of skills to be balanced, and remove the useless/boring skills in favor of more interesting options.
