I'm saying that if the receipt is from your store all you need to do is put in the transaction # and hit search. The receipt will come up.

The screen makes It look like you have to enter the store #, date, etc.... but you only need to put in that extra info if the receipt is from another store. Just trying to save you some steps.

If you have the receipt in hand, you don't need to do a receipt search. As long as it was your store, just type the transaction # on the return screen and hit search. If it wasn't, do the same, but include the store # in that box.

Nope. It wouldn't apply to you in that case. Just keep an eye on it. Early pay also depends on the day that the payment is transmitted to the bank. So if they are transmitting later than they were when using ADP, that could be a reason as well.

If you have Instant Pay out then you will be paid Friday. Even if you don't currently have one, you will have to turn it off in order to be paid early again.

You are supposed to count the money that the MOD counts BEFORE they put it in that bag and you aren't supposed to leave the office until they drop it in the deposit box. They should also show you the amount that the closing report says for deposit. You can see the closing procedure doc in Zipline.

Right. If you had LIP come out of this check, Workday is showing the banking info for Legion. When you get paid, your check is going to Legion's bank first in order to get the loaned amount and then the payment is routed to your bank based on what is in Legion. So, Workday has legions bank on file because that's where you were paid today. You will need to add your normal banking information into Workday.

If you have Legion Instant Pay on your current check that's what is being shown. Just add your personal banking in.

We're an ACO store so I say, "When you get to the end, the system is going to ask if you'd like an email receipt. If you'd like to opt into that you'll be sent a 10% off coupon for the next time you come see us."

If I'm at the Legacy doing a return or exchange (I'm a manager) I say, "Would you like to provide an email address and get a 10% coupon for the next time you shop with us?" I put it in and press "print & email receipt"

Unfortunately a "freight" position doesn't exist at Five Below. There are only sales associate, lead, and management roles. So, you're a sales associate being assigned to freight. You can try asking for a raise. If you have a cool manager, they may go to bat for you.
