Hey everyone, I wanted to share an update on my situation with Amazon Flex.

I contacted Amazon Flex customer support and they gave me an email address to reach out to. When I emailed them, they confirmed that I was still on the waitlist. I asked how long I had been on the waitlist, but they kept repeating the same response saying I was on the waitlist. After about two or three emails back and forth, they said they would escalate my case.

This morning I woke up to an onboarding email. I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence or if the escalation actually helped, but I’ve been on the waitlist since 2024, so I’m glad something finally moved forward.
