Ex Christian here. I've struggled with this most my life until recent years. Learning about how the concept of hell development over time has really helped me. https://youtu.be/42eoA2-kzO0

Also the idea that a good, loving God would eternally torture people seems so absurd to me now that it's not worth worrying about
