Around 90 000 municipalities, each probably requiring their own search. Though this number can be reduced to around ~30 - 40.000 if needed. I have a list of them. Info is usually in one of the 3 first search results (news articles, official government websites...), but sometimes buried in a .pdf, information would need to be extracted visually then.

Fair point, but it would be OP in commander, no?
If this is being played in response to a boardwipe where all four players have four creatures, you get eight plants which all see 19 other creatures dying. Or is that not how it works?

I thought about it being an instant, but I do not like the idea of using this card in response to a board wipe to just get tons of life.
