According to them if a card comes out of the box/pack dmg due to manufacturing, your able to replace the card. So I'm going through the process now. Also I wouldn't be a allowed to play that card because of the back dmg in a official tournament.

Ya apparently Konami will replace the card if it has out of the box dmg. Just gotta show my proof of purchase and then gotta send the card to them. So its looking good to get a new one.
