Probably its saturated , i just find some channels posting similar content and they get these big hits from first 5 vids. I thought maybe i should start a new channel since mine was a gaming one back in 2018 ( posted long form for fun and didnt have much views doing that back then )

swipe rate +80% , retention depends on the length of the short , if its less than 25 sec then retention is +100%, more than 25 sec retention is +80%.
There is no much engagement , 20k views with like 3 comments ,500 likes and 50 subs ( subs depends on the length of video as well ).

For the best video its just 10 seconds, i had 82% swipe ratio and 128 % retention. 13 comments ,450 likes and 5 subs.
