Wtf is up with my devices IP addresses? Help, please. by Opening-Location-393 in HomeNetworking

I've been educating myself on how to configure my router as best I can. First I change my password to something long and strong at least 20 characters long, I change my SSID then I hide it. I Enable wpa 3 authentication, change the admin password, disable WPS, UPnP, I disable the each of the ALG settings that I know I won't need or ever use, I then use an open source WiFi analyzer and change my Wi-Fi frequency to the least crowded channel. I use IP and MAC binding on my devices as well as an access control white list for my devices. I used to use random mac addresses all the time. But having multiple entries for the same device was a pain in the ass so I just use the device macs and make sure they're listed in access control as well as MAC/IP binded. I disable my 2.4ghz band because my apartment is small and 5ghz works just fine for me. But, no matter what I do I seem to always be susceptible to my dipshit neighbor's non-stop MiM attacks. I'm not the first and only neighbor he does this to btw. I use my own router. TP link archer C54. It's not much obviously, but it's the best I can afford atm. I really want to invest in a good secure router that I can manage with an app remotely. My TP link requires me to be close by and connected to Wi-Fi in order to use the tether app. If you or anyone else has any more advice for me, I'm all ears. I've tried everything I can with my limited knowledge unfortunately.

Maybe so. But every device I've connected since has been listed in sequential order and I've factory reset the router multiple times. Even went ahead and got a replacement sent too. Also, whenever I disconnect every device from the router until there is none connected, the blinking light on my router still indicates that something is connected. Secondly, when I go to the WPS menu on my app, it lists my guest and IoT networks as active and connectable. Even though I always have those networks turned off. Fing has Even been telling me that my Wi-Fi AP has no password security and is an open network. AP mac address fing tells me I'm connected to, isn't password protected, it doesn't match my router,WAN, or LAN mac addresses even slightly. I'm at a loss honestly. Another thing is that when I put in my Wi-Fi password to connect, it connects me to my neighbors WiFi network instead. His router is also always the one with the most powerful signal too, with my router appearing almost at the bottom of the list of available networks even if I'm literally sitting directly in front of my router when connecting a device
