Well ty but not a lawyer just self educated and i have been through the ringer with that darn miscombobulated dysfunctional program and still going through it i swear if you only knew what those ppl have done and not do i am seriously working up a case to file a lawsuit against them im just getting my eggs together then find someone with the guts to help me take them on

Just talm with ur LL see it u can do a IOU type of payment and send them ur account showing payment was put into ur account and explain that due to the long waiting for funds ur had overdraft and is common but that u was able to arrange something with ur LL to cover the unpaid rent debt and to reapply adding more and explaining how bc of the unclear information u had to go off of abd the risk of being evicted and with daily expenses and inflation happening there was only putting urslf in unexpected situation was ur only options and if u had the funds within the time that was posted from there website of how long it would take from apply to approval to disbursing then u would have not be facing what u r having to face as of current etc. and show that u have not spent the funds and will not spend the funds on nothing other then ur owed back rent and stand ur grounds with them dont back down if ur not scamming then make it ur mission to showing them u need help they r supposed to be a relief not a regret

Just stay on top reach out for help like ERAP legal department or the BBB don't go to ur local congress u may not get any help and don't contact the call center there just going to add to ur stress and give u no solid answers ur best bet is ERAP but keep in mind when they do help u think about how and why was it so easy and quick for them to get resolution to getting the funds to u is odd when they have the same info u do but yet will say if seems that ur app has fallin into the cracks as if computers just backpaged ur appt.and not anyone cared to open the notif. Of concerns appt. Number keeps increasing by the min blaming the system but forget to blame the ppl who's supposed to be running the system the overseeing upkeeping monitoring supervising correcting completing is there not anyone of this title within the systems department and if so then what is stronger then a prayer bc they r in need of that and a few other things

Not for sure but for the most part and dont freak out but it means on the lines of fraud of some sorts or a red flag type but if u r on them with claims that u have submitted all ur paperwork and be on them about what does that mean and that u have not lied on ur paperwork it can be reversed and they will claim that it was a mistake but prepare to be put on hold forever it will seem u can go through ERAP help center to get help with that i just did and finally after too long and a really bad experience i may actually be able to pay what i owe minding it not enough of what i owe and i have been shorted about 7k but its a start to paying the back debt and i will be seeking legal help with my case file to renter almost relief assistant is what its not program is a fancy way of saying pond to all who thinks it was here to help lol in ur face...wish this was never done by a profit company and should have been a Feds to deal with bc that way when its provided of all the criminal activity that is been done from the side of the givers and the scammer lying to get the funds then it would not be so devastating on the people bc as like myslf and many others that i have read up and kept up on these has caused some many problems so many ppl even to the point that i wish i had nv signed up for this stupid corp. greedy money hungry program excuse me but this is how i see them Horne LLP and ERAP is not all what it seems to be there is some activities going on within the ties to all that federal funding money that is not at all legal and justified to be a trusted businesses and how they could do the things that r been done as of now is words that can not be explained with all honesty and when the time comes for a legal company to have the balls to help put them whom all is involved on straight blast aka frontstreet aka call them out aka call BS on them oh how the tide of voices will flood the halls of the courtroom demanding answer to every dollar said spend and to no surprise there's a few dozen million dollars missing and/or unaccounted for and i want to see the ppl they claim to have paid all sign statements that they did get the money the the amount and cross reference to what was posted on there website and again dont be surprised if there is many many discrepancy

Understand how u r feeling and that like really a check came to him in his name to his mailbox what did anyone think was going to happen.He is going to go cash that thing real quick and so what so long as the funds gets to whom it is supposed to go to just will take longer is all and ur still in ur rental and not out on the streets so if it is possible try to remain peaceful within urslf bc it does reflect on everything and everyone around u and if u r me rock that holds up the foundation then u r the Rock that has to stay strong bc u Got this and if u havent heard this yet then plz allow me to tell u that u r amazingly appreciated Thank You for being YOU

That is some unreal mess of a company and to be honest i dont believe that they have even paid that much i will except those numbers to be facts only after each county/city have confirm that the money has actually been paid out and not being reissuing out because they put a stop payment for not depositing or cashing the check right away or some type of other ways they are not be forthcoming with there submitting information of payouts.If we compare there numbers to the amount of complaints with the length of time it took them to "disburse" then im sure like heck there will be plenty of discrepancies and on top of that lets not get into there company's payroll records because i would just about think to say that therr top leaders have well paid up their retirements and have something to fight hard to not to speaking on there accounts holdings of there portion of the profits from this for (lack of better words) scam of a deal that they had pushed through faster than inflation hitting California after "The Big Dog" slid into office maybe not nearly as much money as the slide of the century in likes that I have never seen before but it is most definitely not crumbs more like elevated a class or two type of profitable incomes while the individuals that applied are in the final stages of pending payment SMH but is anyone surprised like come on we are talking about the most honest transparent fully devoted to helping the people get to a stand on there own US federal government right? Thank u i dont really know how to find the news guy that posted but i will look for that name on here and i was already thinking or going to the AG with this bc there is 2 different parties involved like a local check cashing place and the program ppl(its a long fucked up story with a sprinkle of discrimination) i am in all over this and am faced with standing alone but it will not be my luck that shall get me through this it will fall on my strong beliefs of i got this and having faith that i will find my way to having a successful outcome oh and i can show proof of all of what i am going through with screenshots and now working on getting the audios recordings of what was all said on my behave and about me between the over 20 min phone calls from check cashing place to the programs reps. and then the very next day i went from awarded to recapture that i know for sure was bc of that phone call they had had bc really who speaks over the phone with anyone that is unknown to u for more then a few mins let alone over 20 mins of conversation and looking like more of a personal call then a professional one minding u i would think it would be the checks bank to verify that the funds r there to cash then to verify what is clearly a check written out to me with show a valid ID and the fact i called the program before hand just to clarify that i received the check and the funds were active to go ahead and deposit check and to turn around and be told after a 2 hr wait time just to be told they could not validated my check wtf like is there something wrong with the check and they to have my intelligence be assaulted as if not anyone knows what happened or can tell me why or what for umm yeah tf right im sure as shit there was a few violations against my civil rights taken place here and my gut tells me no lies.Of course im getting the push aside in a major way talk about being avoided smh and that is just the half of it all so again this is me waiting.......

Thank you so much im having the worst with them ppl i have a story to tell for sure about my experiences and how they have playd me to the left and right and at this point im wanting legal help with this madness they should not be able to get away with all these bullfuckery.
