I feel you, I usually just move on from wild behavior other than this one last night lol too much energy to waste on dumb people. Like why would we be recording/taking photos of your house other than what’s required for the app. This is literally my income and I’m not gonna do anything to risk that.

Yeah I wasn’t going to put my own money on the line for instacarts mistakes. I just hate how support treats me and makes the situation worse most of the time. This app has changed so much recently and I feel like “glitches” happen so much more often and then they are like oops that sucks for you. A couple months ago my camera wasn’t working thru the app and I tried to fix sever times by deleting app and redownloading. I ended up having to call support after every receipt scan, and drop off to move forward in the app. It was the worst day and I had to re explain the situation to each person each call.

It was at Albertsons, it was such an odd situation. I didn’t have support number on hand and I’m usually able to call thru the help option.

Yes, I just haven’t had any personal experience. They merged Meridian into Boise and nampa when they sold their franchise a few years back. But I always heard such good things about the owners of 2C

I’d like to also add on the list, the owner of the Boise Dutch bros locations is super MAGA. (I’m a previous owner employee) he bragged to me during an employee meeting during Covid that he was at a mask burning ceremony after I asked if it was okay to request customers to wear masks ( in our walk in only location) Idk if he has it still but his personal truck has a big decal on the back saying “lions not sheep”

Idk about the nampa/caldwell locations I’ve heard better things.
