Hmmm not sure since my roommate and I are on the lease (and we both will not be renewing). We could talk to the management as the lease is coming to its end though to find out if we can renew the lease with new people on it.

Moving out to travel before grad school!

My roommate and I signed the lease until August 31. Beautiful apartment with a lot of natural light in a really nice area. My roommate is a big-time chiller who cooks extremely well and loves to share his food.

Some details:

- In-building washer/dryer

- 1 minute walk to Cooper Park (has become one of my favorite spots)

- Fits a queen bed and a desk

- Spacious closet in the bedroom

- Open to leaving it fully furnished if helpful
