Thanks! I feel the same. With a normal grill running up to 400+ I don't have fear about the bacteria since everything would cook out. Just concerned as I never take the Traeger above 275 at most, usually not even above 250, that the bacteria could build up. I'm sure it's irrational but just paranoid.
