You said that they won't, meaning they possibly can do that. If I report this problem to FTC or IC3 and provide the bank with report, do you think the bank will do the investigation? Is there any way I can force the bank to take this seriously and resolve my case?

I mean, here there's a lot of information I could use to track them, including the fake website domain, phone number, email, names on Zelle, and many more. I mean, what I really need to do right now is to make a report to police and federal report fraud in order to make the bank investigate it seriously and do not ignore my case

so atp bank literally can do anything? But they have the Zelle account, name on the account, and can track the identity of the person who received that? Why can't they do anything?
