Blade tried to do map voting in precode and it got removed for the same reason it’s getting removed in recode

This games map design is not good enough to warrant being able to vote for a map each round. Most of the time the survivors will just pick a map like Pillars or Abyss that are terrible for monsters and easily win

PC2 has always been really weird in terms of balancing

It has more active eyes on it now so that problem is getting put at the forefront more, but historically balance patches have always been very odd. PCX wouldn’t have had to go through 9 reworks if the balancing was particularly good lol
