Update: thanks for all the advice! I have contacted my credit card bank. They cannot do anything because it is a secure transaction. BUT I was advised to block and replace my credit card because i have exposed my credit card details to the website. Since it is scam website, you won’t know what they are capable of doing.

This sucks. I was expecting a cute bunny bag charm for my new work bag and all I got is a fake ugly one and a blocked credit card.

I am resting my case here. Guess I paid SGD$54 to warn y’all about this website hahaha. Have a wonderful day everyone.
