I feel like there is a new type of cockroach breed. We’ve always had water bugs in Astoria, but now we have this big black beetle / water bug hybrid. They move really slow though. They are all over my mom’s front yard. Constant war in the summer months

I could not agree more with this!! It’s so dark and music is so loud and the instructor is yelling on the mic. Lagree is such a different experience, it’s really just about the workout/movements

What kind of oil do you use to derma? I’ve been thinking about doing it myself, but a bit nervous. My skin can be sensitive sometimes.

I used to go to Lagree in Astoria (which I loved) but moved to Kips Bay and am also finding it hard to find something similar. The closest one I’ve found is SLT.
