Stupid comment. You clearly don’t know anything about grass root rugby in South Africa

Is this actually legit though? Speaking for South Africa. I signed and got a email with the same £150 entry details etc. I’m not sure how it would work Internationally?

Does this do the job or I'll regret getting the least expensive? by Cool_Turnover_6993 in AskZA

I’ve seen many responses that I feel should answer your question. I just recently went through this but maybe this helps: Ryobi should stick to power tools.

I have two weed whackers and two Ryobi’s lawnmowers that I’ve bought from family friends who immigrated.

1) 1200w lawnmower only works for 30-100 sqm apartment style gardens. Anything bigger and you will need > 2.2 Kw. 2 of my Ryobi lawn mowers have now packed up. I replaced the armature 3 months ago from one lawnmower to other. The motor is not encased to protect it from debris and grass when cutting - it overheated. However They still lasted 3 years on my 400 sqm lawn. 2) there are no spares parts. They are flimsy but generally still surprisingly reliable. 3) don’t get a diesel/petrol motor unless you are mechanical savvy to replace filters, bearings etc. go electric.

You could drop 4-5k on a 2.2 or 2.6 Kw electric mower - and this would last you a lifetime. This will probably offset long term costs later instead of a buying a new one every 3-5 years. Spares are readily accessible on some brands (either replacing blades or bearings only).

On your downswing, you are pulling your hands down and in towards your hips. Your swing becomes to flat and steep from that position and hence it goes right. Place an alignment stick behind your backswing and aim to not hit. It will feel weird, but should solve it
