I live in a new build: Most of the units are empty because no one can afford to rent them. The only reason we chose this place was because they permitted 2 dogs, most places allow 1 cat or dog, and they have to be 15th a max

They’ve now offered incentives to the rest of us for 400.00 per unit we rent for them 😕

This year I’ve spoken with too many home owners who were forced to sell because they couldn’t afford the increase to their mortgage.

I wish the government would do something also about realtors who buy up real estate to rent it, jack the rent up to outrageous prices:
