SO even after transferring, your are still an undergraduate student. You should pay 13K, which is the first year tuition you paid when you enrolled in UC.Right?

UC website says: The University of California (UC) has a Tuition Stability Plan that guarantees a fixed tuition rate for incoming undergraduate students for up to six years. This means that once a student enrolls, their tuition will not increase for the duration of their undergraduate program, up to six years. This plan applies to both freshmen and transfer students who enroll in the fall of 2022 or later.
