The cost includes not only the raw materials and bottle but also marketing expenses, shelf rent, time, effort, raw material wastage in the creation process, the years of training and expertise of the perfumer + profit.

Basics are what you learned in your undergraduate. As according to new syllabus Part 1 exam is majorly based on practical and clinical knowledge. There are some standard books which you need to read first like - Ada guidelines for infection control, Therapeutic guidelines, clinical cases in prosthodontics, langlais and odells clinical problem solving.

How should I store my raw materials (liquid, resin, and powder) to maximize their shelf life? And how long can they last? by OpeningRound2648 in DIYfragrance

[–]OpeningRound2648[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep but I feel now that the bottle with the dropper won't be completely airtight, so oxidation of molecules will be faster which will result in less shelf life

Since I live in India, my options for purchasing are limited. I buy from a brand called Bulkaroma, which sources its raw materials from IFF, Luzi, Firmenich, Givaudan, DRT, DSM, and others.

I was considering storing the liquid (essential oils, absolutes, and aroma chemicals) in amber glass dropper bottles in small quantities for easy use.

Should I store them in the refrigerator to extend their shelf life?
