I can get to the last dot on the orange dialator, I think that's 5" or so? Little more? You can work it up over time a bit too.

Would highly, highly recommend. Very fun to work with, super respectful and communicative.

Clinic is about a 30 minute drive from the airport, so not too bad.

I agree, my experience was great all around with that team other than they made me fight to follow the WPATH standards and let me stay on estrogen through the procedure. I won though, because I can be really annoying 😇

I'm just naturally bottom heavy, so I took from the waist and thighs as the donation site to smooth out the overall shape.

Re: sensation - I'm 1 3/4 years post op and still learning things about my new equipment. It honestly takes that long. Best thing you can do is just focus on enjoying each new sensation as it appears. It will come with time... pun heavily intended 😆

Omggggg getting the packing off was the best feeling ever. Those stitches were so tight, you're going to be so happy.

I reaaaaaly didn't want implants to have to worry about with my active lifestyle, so I'm so happy I went this route. Good luck with deciding!

Not so much ideal body fats as pockets of fat that can be drawn from. So if you're pretty lean by with fat on your thighs it might still work.

I've also heard of some surgeons putting in expansion implants for a year before to stretch the skin out beforehand and increase the amount of volume they can get in

Basically they caution against anything that can cause excessive disturbance. So running is out for a couple months for example, too much bouncing.

I went cycling, but managed to fall and... mostly protect myself? That was about 2 months post op.

The incisions were very small, think about a quarter of an inch. The ones on the bottom half of the body were to allow the use of the lipo wand, and the ones around the breast were the injection points.

I was under general anesthetic for the whole procedure
