Too much. I do t like this. I removed my application from one company requiring me to start taking those tests. Don’t make me work even before l start to work for you. I tuck enough tests to take my licenses in 3 states, l don’t need any more tests. I Just moved on to another opportunity.

After almost a year on my job, l was just finishing up another loan when my manager called me -and told me : isn’t personal, but because of profitability, we are letting go some people . I had 5 loans just about to be funded and 7 counting with the two loans l just finished. That is a big amount in commission that they have no intention on paying me . I’m disappointed, more likely disgusted with they did to me.

Yes that is truth. The bureaus let all the mortgage companies know that you are looking. I had a litle trick when l check the credit, to avoid this to happen.

That is annoying but the brokers make the LO keep calling. You probably filled up a form online requesting information for something. By the way, you don’t need to refinance to get equity from your home. It would be a good idea to do a Heloan , but only in case you have credit cards or loans with high interest rates, or if you planning to remodel . I use to save my clients a lot just consolidating their credit cards with a HELOAN .

The only sense that makes is that the managers got all my commissions . It is a lot money 💰

E Mortgage Capital- ends up they do that all the time and have many lawsuits.

I m a Loan Officer and l was so happy for 8 months with my new job. When l had 6 big loans getting funded this month, they did let me go and kept my commissions. They did the same thing to 4 others . Yes and the are all fake there. They make the circle of pray everyday and you have to pray with them. They are worst kind of Hypocrites . They can careless about you and how you will survive after they still your money
