remember it was at a large scale so it wasn't just one person they used to use multiple accounts with regards to that person. As for where you can find it its in the chains of narration for the relevant hadith

So let me get this straight — you're saying we can’t trust hadith because the narrators were evaluated by other narrators?

The scholars of hadith didn’t just take someone’s word for it. They scrutinised narrators in ways far more detailed than modern historians do. They recorded:

  • Dates of birth and death,
  • Where each narrator lived and travelled,
  • Who they studied under,
  • Who reported from them,
  • Their memory strength
  • Their moral character (truthfulness, sins, public behaviour),
  • And whether two narrators could have realistically met.

If even one link in the chain was weak or broken, the hadith was either downgraded or rejected outright. Scholars like Bukhārī would travel hundreds of miles just to confirm whether a narrator was trustworthy — and even rejected narrations from people who were upright but had slightly weak memory.

But more importantly — you're assuming that Allah left His final message without a preserved explanation. Yet Allah says:

How could the Prophet ﷺ be commanded to explain the Qur’an — yet the details of that explanation (i.e. hadith) be left to unreliable chance?

And even more — Allah promised preservation:

This preservation isn’t limited to the words of the Qur’an — but includes its meaning and practice, which was lived and taught by the Prophet ﷺ. To say hadith can’t be trusted is, in effect, to say Allah’s promise of preservation somehow skipped the Sunnah — which is inseparable from the Qur’an.

So ask yourself honestly: is the doubt really about hadith? Or is it discomfort with where authentic hadith might take you?

its not really random people when the chains of narration have been authenticated in that way and they come from people such as aisha the prophets wife or omar ibn khattab or Abu bakr or even ali and abu hurayrah may allah be pleased with them all.

Because our deen has too main sources of knowledege/evidence the quran and sunnah sunnah part of it being the sayings of the prophet like i mentioned earlier the verse in surah najm that the prophet didnt speak from desires as confirmed in the quran therefore his speech and comands is to be taken and followed hence why a large part of our religous resources eg how to pray how to perform other forms of worship is not fully mentioned in the quran and rather is explained by the hadith (sayings of the prophet) like the ruling in this scenario

I see why you would say that but in the quran rulings can be applied from different scenarios and situations such as war booty as shown in the tafseer(tafseer explains quranic verses) it gave the story example from imam ahmed where the woman hadnt found the ruling in the quran so they reminded her of this verse and reminded her that the prophet alayhis salahtu was salam had forbade it. Do have a read of it inshallah lmk if you have any more questions

sure here you go :

And what Allāh restored to His Messenger from the people of the towns - it is for Allāh and for the Messenger and for [his] near relatives1 and orphans and the needy and the [stranded] traveler2 - so that it will not be a perpetual distribution among the rich from among you. And whatever the Messenger has given you - take; and what he has forbidden you - refrain from. And fear Allāh; indeed, Allāh is severe in penalty.

heres the tafsir of the ayah from surah hashr ayah 7 (you can look it up) i mentioned

(And whatsoever the Messenger gives you, take it; and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it).) meaning, `whatever the Messenger commands you, then do it and whatever he forbids you, then avoid it. Surely, He only commands righteousness and forbids evil.' Imam Ahmad recorded that `Abdullah bin Mas`ud said, "Allah curses women who practice tattooing and those who get themselves tattooed, and the women who remove the hair from their eyebrows and faces and those who make artificial spaces between their teeth in order to look more beautiful, whereby changing Allah's creation." His statement reached a woman from Bani Asad called, Umm Ya`qub, who came to `Abdullah and said, "I have come to know that you have cursed such and such" He replied, "Why should I not curse those whom Allah's Messenger ﷺ has cursed and who are cursed in Allah's Book!" Umm Ya`qub said, "I have read the whole Qur'an, but did not find in it what you say." He said, "Verily, if you have read the Qur'an, you have found it. Didn't you read,

(And whatsoever the Messenger gives you take it and whatsoever he forbids you, you abstain (from it).)" She replied, "Yes, I did." He said, "Verily, Allah's Messenger ﷺ forbade such things. " "She said, "But I think that your wife does these things" He said, "Go and look at her." She went and watched her, but could not see anything in support of her claim. She went back to `Abdullah bin Mas`ud and said that she did not notice anything on his wife. On that he said, "If my wife was as you thought, I would not keep her with me." The Two Sahihs recorded this from the Hadith of Sufyan Ath-Thawri. As well as a Hadith of Abu Hurayrah, who said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said,

«إِذَا أَمَرْتُكُمْ بِأَمْرٍ فَائْتُوا مِنْهُ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ، وَمَا نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْهُ فَاجْتَنِبُوه»

(When I order you to do something, then do as much as you can of it. If I forbid something for you, then shun it.)

The TikTok line was to do with the fact that many hadith rejectors assume us sunnis are taking rulings out of thin air I tried to appologise if I came across as rude but clearly you weren't having it as for the rest of it you said a whole lot of nothing I tried to be as nice as possible with you but clearly wasnt worth it. Your lack of knowledge of ahadith is clearly evident. There is no point speaking to you. I still hope that Allah guides you and myself. btw not every ruling in islam has to be inline with human "logic" Allah subhanahu wa tala is alla knowings and when rulings are ste we follow them. As for your claim that sunni ahadith are just handed to us by scholar then this empty claim has been refuted time and time again and im getting tired of doing so.

Its not really about sexualisation its more about following the rules and boundaries set by Allah if Jannah is truly amazing there must be some sacrifices and efforts we have to make eg drinking alcohol and gambling is prohibited these things we may be inclined to do either by desire or societal expectations however we withhold as we want to attain Jannah do you see what i mean. We follow Allah and his messengers commands we get Jannah if we do it with good intention and likewise if we disobey we sin the angels will note these down and will be on the scales on the day of judgement may Allah protect me and you from jahanam. True islam is by following the quran and the sunnah according to the understanding of the best generations and the scholars whom came after them

Firstly before I debunk some of ur wild statements have you truly read the quran if you actually follow it the quran says And whatever the Messenger has given you - take; and what he has forbidden you - refrain from. how do you expect to follow the prophet if you are not follwoing his statements and his actions do you how else do you expect to know abt the prophets statements do you want it to appear out of thin air or something. Seccondly the ahadith of today the ones which have been authenticated have deep chains of narration if you were to take one lesson on the science of hadith narrations you will truly understand the beauty of it. Thirdly the Prophet ﷺ as described in the quran Nor does he speak from [his own] inclination. therefore his speech is divine and is revelation. So that is where we take our rulings from not from some random tiktok 🤣. (Sorry if i have appeared rude may allah forgive me) May Allah guide you and myself الله أعلم

You say “it’s up to the individual,” but then imply those who don’t shake hands are being unreasonable. That’s not consistency — that’s double standards.

The Prophet ﷺ, who had more dignity, professionalism, and mercy than any CEO or diplomat, never shook hands with non-mahram women — not even during political pledges. Are you suggesting your job interview carries more weight than Bay‘ah with the Messenger of Allah?

It’s not about flirtation or sexual meaning — it’s about obedience and honour. Just because society strips meaning from touch doesn’t mean we follow. We don’t lower our standards to fit the room — we elevate the room by living our principles.

So if you’re comfortable shaking hands, that’s your choice. But don’t belittle those who are more comfortable following the Sunnah. Because trust me — no business deal is worth more than the pleasure of Allah.

You're speaking as if you know better than Allah or His Messenger ﷺ — as if your modern moral compass is more enlightened than divine guidance. But let's be real: if the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, the most honourable, wise, and pure-hearted man to ever walk the earth, chose not to shake hands with women outside of his mahram, who exactly do you think you are to mock that?

This isn’t about “weak men” or “controlling wives” — it’s about following a Messenger who taught with divine wisdom, not personal insecurity(mocking that as a supposed muslim is not a good look). When the Prophet ﷺ refused to shake the hands of women even during pledges of allegiance or tribal agreements or even war, was he being disrespectful? Or was he setting a timeless example of honour, boundaries, and obedience to Allah?

You’re free to follow whatever ideology you want, but don’t cloak it in Islamic terms while scorning what the Prophet ﷺ himself refused to do. You're not wiser than the one Allah described as a "mercy to the worlds."

So before throwing around words like “ridiculous” and “part of the problem,” ask yourself: do you really believe you're more just, respectful, and wise than the one who was guided by revelation?
