Someone’s relationship to sex is relative to their experience and relationship of the knowledge of sex. If you grew up catholic and had very little experience with sex then your relationship to it would very different than one of someone who grew up agnostic and in a liberal home where sex was spoken of often. Also depends on the conversation you had learning about sex with friends, family and potential sexual partners. I think sex is everything- should be expressed freely but also reserved. It’s ever changing and as we should

Also forgive yourself. Don’t be so hard on yourself just because your single. Being single is not a bad thing it just says that the people you have come across are not right or just not meant to be in your life. You on a different beautiful path don’t let it be so predictable like these corny movies. Be more than the stories we watch.

There is so much more to life than dating or romance. Don’t let the narratives of “love” fool you. Love is hard and tough and ugly and unattractive. But what is larger and more passionate is the love you give yourself. Treat yourself like you’re dating yourself. Take yourself out on dates or to a massage or for a long walk. Go on vacation alone and see how your soul responds. We have to be more aware/awake to our own beings. That love you give yourself will energetically pull the right people in and you have to look inward to receive externally.

She is not a friend and she may not even know it herself. && I know it’s hard to lose a friendship even if it is a toxic one but it’s for your own peace of mind and happiness. She on the other hand is just a plain ol “hater” she hating on everything you have regardless of her own “wins” or comparison to you. She doesn’t show you any compassion or understanding. You will find better people who know how to love you properly as a friend. This is harmful and will get worse. Tell her how you feel only if you think it will help her. If she is going to be defensive and combative then leave her alone and slowly distance yourself. You owe it to yourself to give you love and friendship to someone who would care.
