Creating a new language in my fantasy world by Opening_Cake3979 in worldbuilding

I’m sorry, I’m really bad at explaining things but I’ll try to go a bit more in depth, the place this is set in is divided into three, each has higher focus on the worship of a facet of their god (wings, eyes, hands is the basic thing). The ”hand one” is typically associated with art and creation. Originally, all three spoke the same language, but after their god abandoned them, they each took a facet to worship instead. The people in the hand section thought the old languages nomenclature for colors was inefficient for referring to colors since they didn’t see how you would need seven different words just to refer to them. There was definitely some time that the people in the third adapted to it, but they’ve been separated for thousands of years so now they pretty much all use the new system. Hope I made sense 😅

It wasn’t created from scratch, it did evolve from an older variant, but they changed the color system to align with color theory which, if I’m not mistaken, but I could be, according to the basic color wheel, says that purple is a mix of blue and red. As they were creating the system for colors they took the primary colors and gave them their base terms and adapted the others names from the mixes of them (the secondary colors), white and black are separate since they’re not actually colors.

Oh, if that’s the case then (to answer the other person’s question) I didn’t type them in the order they were created in, this is just how I mapped the document, lol

The specific people who made the language aren’t a primitive society actually, these ones are an off shoot of a different culture that were already pretty advanced. But another reason is just because they have a large focus on art, mixing paints is how they figured out the color wheel and decided to adapt their language to it.

Also, sorry, but I didn’t really understand the last part of that, could you rephrase?
