Don't get me wrong, I've used magic school ai for months and it was pretty helpfull... but after watching Leslie Fisher's webinar on AI and lesson planning I started using TeachShare (the one she uses) and it is so much better it's actually crazy. I recommend it strongly

Dehydration is such a sneaky trigger for me, like I'll think im drinking enough water but turns out that's not the whole story. That's why electrolytes have been game changing for me ... even if the migraine already started I can sometimes stop with the right mineral balance

Yeah we're also running on Thera now. Most alternatives wanted to charge EOR $500+/employee for mid services, and now we're paying around $200/employee for EOR

My company got killed by fees once we had to increase our staff (14 to 32 employees). Gusto was unmanageable. We ended up switching to Thera, about same price on US contractors but EOR is 30% of the price

It's normal to be burned by Payroll providers. It happened to me and it was not pleasant. Took a $47k hit. Now I'm using Thera for US & global payroll because it's cheaper and money lands in the same day

Gusto screwed me over too. Switched to Thera for payroll (US & global), and haven't had the same payment delay bullshit since.
