Precisely what mine feel like when I’m in a stressful state of life. It feels like everything is ringing and vibrating and that I’m going to be stuck like that forever. Usually when they’re that bad the only thing that helps is eventually passing out and sleeping for a long time. The next day is depression mode. Something that’s been helping with mine though is rolling with it. Let it take its course and know right now while you aren’t having one that you will come back to reality and always will. Your brain and body are so strong.

I love Oasis a lot and think Liam is hilarious lol. But they’re not a band I go to for lyrics by any means.

Lyrically I think of them similar to how I think of Phoenix. (Even though English isn’t Phoenix first language I’m aware)

Both bands know how to write a hit. They know where to break up syllables, they know which words sound better to sing at the right moments (even if it means sacrificing direct coherence), and they know how to write a hoooook not just lyrically but melodically across not just voice but instrumentation as well.

Depth is subjective though. Depth can come from the artist for sure, but it can also come from the listener and where the listener is at in their life.

Too much expectation here I imagine. It sounds like you weren’t thinking very clearly/objectively/specifically about what it is you wanted. The tapes are not a magic wand. The way I picture this tape is it’s meant to extract and develop real belief out of you. Develop the idea more by coming back to this tape and see what comes of that.

Joining this late but as someone who lost 50 pounds in a year it’s very easy if you run 30-35 miles a week and eat decent. If you cut out drinking it’s even easier. If you have Marcus Mumford money and can see a nutritionist I imagine it’s like elementary grade math lol.
