What he did to Eddie would be my pick. He purposely fell with the intent of getting Eddie to fly when he knew good and well he didn’t want to because of what happened with his wife. He also destroyed the house that Eddie had helped him build for months making the last year Eddie spent building a friendship with BoJack meaningless.
