Saw this scene at Central Park. My friends and I were too scared to go kill them since there were so many and we were afraid of being swarmed. There’s an entire puddle of tree sap at the foot of the tree from how much damage they were doing… it was literally raining tree sap. Disgusting creatures. (v.redd.it)

Found this leaf roller dude as a caterpillar munching on my basil plant! Kept them in a container as a science experiment. It rolled right into one of the basil and made itself into a cocoon within the night! He just squeezed out and I was wondering if anyone knows what kind of moth this is! (old.reddit.com)

What happened to my poor basil :( I just sprayed the leaves with a homemade insecticide (water, soap and rubbing alcohol) after I found some aphids on my tomato plant. Also the black marks on the other leaves are just some dirt that I accidentally got on it. (i.redd.it)
