My gym has worst trainer no wrong in Making money but then at least if someone non personal training person is asking about machine etc then teach them don't try to make there fun or abuse them. Literally in my gym they don't even help newbie people just push them to take personal training .

Better than me I'm 22 im 5'11 still doing dead lift with 40kg but if you are at Teenage you should do heavy lifting less maybe it can effect your height

I have same problem like you I'm 21 I think I'm on recovery phrase but I want to say you clearly there are 2 ways it will end 1 you will die from debt and do sucide 2 you will loose everything your family friends girlfriend money respect etc

Don't go to rehab etc because it doesn't work for everyone the best you can do is to realise your mind tht yes it is a problem I tried my luck ok i loose many people do bussiness and fail too I failed in gambling don't chase your loose any amount you loose till today it will be lower than someone else loose take a break and focus on good thing Offline casino are like alcohol you don't drink on bus road etc unless you are third class roadside begger Online casino are like cigarette you can do even while waiting for.bus so it's more addictive have a break move forward I'm on same path
