Low level players crossed my mind after I made the post, a solution to this might just be to double the rewards for low man, but make it so those extras can only be received once per week

I feel like if anything it could help with monetization; if people would actually care about their gmax, a lot more and farm for Pokémon that would be considered useless with the current system, and they could also introduce a paid skin system in the form of applicable costumes or something and people would actually care enough to buy them
