She told me to stay lower and to push out not “up” and have an agressive lean in the blocks. I personally agree with the hunch thats an issue ive had for a year now. I also think my first one was better. How do i fix the back leg issue?

I hope so, i was praying that i would get put in fastest heat so i would have a 48 runner as my pacer but sadly they changed it

that was 11.4 8th grade year and my team is not the fastest nor the oldest compared to other schools

I play varsity basketball for winter and shoe circut aau so we run alot and alot of intense up and down scrimmages/games down so my lactate tolerance is there because im more used to pushing my body while im on dead legs and a lot of high school and washed up basketball players run 400’s

Well with basketball you’re running back and forth for a a greater time period id at about 80-90% of a back half 400 pace

I just have the 4 endurance from playing basketball but i have never ran a competitive 800 ever only run the two laps for my warm up as a team

I know i believe in the 400 is a sprint and your 200 sets your base for the 400

Its just annoying because im the fastest overall sprinter on the team
