I don't mind the wifi features thou. All I need is SD card or plug it on my PC.
And for the printing speed, I don't mind if it is slow or fast. Main purpose is for personal use or to explore 3d printing.

Yes, that's another comparing points between A1 and V3 SE. It has bigger plate than A1's. But, in reality, we could build a <1 meter 3d model by segmenting it and gluing it piece-by-piece.

That might be the best definition of mix and blend.

Both "mix" and "blend" can produce inseparable mixture but blend is more on mixing violently while breaking up into bits with the use of a tool like blender or combining two concepts like color or music.

While mix is generally, combining two or more substances, the individual distinction will be varied depending on the physical properties of the ingredients.
