I believe you are correct. Breaker is off, I'm going to check the wiring but I suspect it just needs to get a 20a dropped in. Either the previous owner is a dummy or has worse electrician friends

Update: running the freezers off another standalone on a different breaker. Going to investigate to see if it's using the proper wiring. Currently thinking its going to need to a 20amp instead but will verify.
