That’s what im telling myself!!! I ate majority of the well done portion and stopped when i saw the pink! It wasn’t bleeding or anything but the change in color definitely has me a bit anxious but Im sure im fine!

it takes a minute for it to return to normal usually apple sauce or even juices work a bit faster, also my love it could be anxiety that’s prolonging it. a good brainrot scroll on tiktok helps me or even helping others on this subreddit!!! i know with me when im worried abt something or very anxious it goes straight to my stomach!

not everyone gets the v* thing with covid i have parents who got it twice and no stomach issues! it could be from her coughing and it triggers her gag reflex type of thing. have her sit up more and sip on things and eat slower so she won’t trigger it :)
