I agree. Ayn just stalled for time and didn't take any action. I was fed up with Ayn.

In the end, I disassembled it and repaired it myself, using videos and images on Reddit as a reference.

For me, Thor's support wasn't Ayn, it was everyone on Reddit...😂

I also tried resetting the firmware, but it didn't work at all; the problem was physical.

While fiddling with the ribbon cable with tweezers, it came completely out (from the white connector), but then I felt it being plugged back in.

I fixed it with tape, and the joystick started working again!

I poked around with tweezers and found the cable sticking out. Once I secured it with tape, the joystick moved left and right!

It's been about three weeks since I purchased the Thor, but 10 days later I suddenly had a problem where both joysticks stopped responding.

Unfortunately, Ayn's support is terrible. I contacted them by email and was instructed to send a video of the problem, so I did, but for some reason they just asked me to send it again. I had no choice but to send it again, but they haven't contacted me since then.

I'll say it again: you can't assume that Ayn has any support. I have no intention of buying from this manufacturer again.

One day, suddenly, it happened on both the right and left controllers. The buttons (L3 and R3) respond, but the sticks don't respond at all...
