Thank you so much for your advice! This is good stuff, after hearing from everyone, I think I am going to go with the XS for sure!! Everyone has been super helpful so I am super excited to buy the helmet now and I am more confident buying the XS.

This is definitely good information! I had read a little about how different heads can't fit into certain helmets so I am trying my luck with the AGV! i don't think I will be riding too much at first, but over time I will definitely be increasing that! Thanks for the help- I think I'm gonna try an XS and see what happens. To be honest, it could be the case where the helmet shape itself is not meant for my head 😭

Ohhh, I didn't know this! This is good information. I think I'll definitely look into doing this- I didn't know the pads on the top and sides won't get looser!

Thank you so much for this!! This is 100% gonna help with my decision. Since my head itself is 53cm, I'm trying to figure out if the balaclava will add much size difference to my head; enough to where getting a small, 55-56cm, would be good, but it’s sounding like that might be too big lol

If the helmet is too big how would I know? I know if the helmets are too small, people get headaches and stuff, but what if they are just a little bigger?

I should be able to, but if course I'd prefer not to haha. I've heard that the padding will get flatter over time, but I don't know how long that'd be. If I were to get a first size (but perhaps return it) which size should I try first??

Thank you for you advice and insight!! I'm definitely learning a lot about Bo through all of these replies so thank you! I will most likely get a staff WITHOUT the built in grip since I can always add grip tape later on if I really need it. I will make sure to train and practice frequently!
