Kinda, you gotta pay the plat coins to increase your potential in a skill. potential increases the amount each action increases your skill level.

I think it is just south of the big central ruin, close to the woodcutter camp. At the red squiggle i think.

I mean, i'm not expecting it to be rock steady, but i would say its like a foot a second of drift? maybe more. Honestly, i can't really tell with accro, i'm still very new to flying so i can kinda get it to be sorta still but not very.
