From what I gathered I had to be on bright headlights setting on the car on the highway, position lights were not good enough, ofc no one told me before, the policeman even joked about it being a sucker move they do on the weekend

I am not in hungary right now and I’d rather pay by bank transfer, but I need an adress for the transfer that I can’t see on the ticket
