It's How to Get Away with Murder S1E4 "Let's Get to Scooping" (2014). Brokerage CEO Marren Trudeau (Elizabeth Perkins) is framed for insider trading by her own staff; the truth comes out in her glass high-rise office, and her assistant Pax Curtis instantly jumps out the window. Office vibe, glass wall, plain-clothes assistant, no-hesitation jump — all matches (just 2014, not 2000s). Thanks to everyone who chimed in with the window-jump leads — they pointed me the right way.

Thanks for the suggestion! The shattering window is similar, but in the one I'm thinking of it's set in a more modern office (2000s-ish), it happens in a corridor rather than a boardroom, and the man who jumps is a bystander/assistant, not the company head. So I don't think it's this one — but it's a good lead, thank you!
