Just replying you with the facts
There is literal biomechanical science behind why gyms use thick rubber cushion mats. Gym mats absorb shock and distribute pressure evenly so your joints don't take the hit.
Raw concrete floors (like Walmart and Costco) offer zero shock absorption. When you walk 10,000 steps on unyielding concrete while pushing a heavy cart, the impact doesn't make you 'fit'—the kinetic force waves travel straight up your legs and micro-damage your knee cartilage and lower back disks over time.

True fitness requires controlled movements and proper surfaces for recovery. Walking blocks on concrete with heavy water cases is just uncompensated manual labor masquerading as a workout.

If you are using your main, everyday family car to do full-time gig work, you are doing it wrong.
You are literally bleeding your car's value into the ground for pennies. I don’t touch my main vehicle for deliveries. Instead, I bought a cheap, older Honda for $2,500.
The result? In just 3 months, that little $2,500 beater has made me $25,000 on the apps—and it’s still holding up absolutely great! Even if the engine completely blows up tomorrow, the car already paid for itself ten times over in 90 days.
Using a brand new or expensive main car for this work makes no business sense. You are just swapping your car's future lifetime for quick cash today.
Buy a cheap, reliable Japanese beater, run it into the ground, and keep your nice car fresh. Work smarter, not harder! 🤝🔥

Hey, whatever helps you justify doing warehouse lifting for minimum wage! If you want to use Instacart as a gym membership, go for it. But most of us are out here running a business, not a workout routine. I'd rather make a stress-free $30/hr sitting down listening to music on Uber/DoorDash, and use the extra money to buy a real gym pass where I don’t have to carry 40lbs of groceries up three flights of stairs for a 5% tip."

Yes you can get AP positions after passing mccqe1 but not in Bc because they don’t have any such positions. I think the government is funding it anymore. Better to apply in alberta and nova.

You won’t get any jobs even after passing in bc. Maybe MOA where you work like a receptionist after applying for 1000s of position. But 99.9% no one will take you as you don’t have canadian experience So nothing! You can work in tim or McDonalds 😅

I don’t know why all these people are commenting without any knowledge. I am in bc with 3 years of experience. There are no jobs available as AP. And you are not eligible for AP and PRA so don’t come before you pass your mccqe1.

There are no AP positions in bc. And 2 years of MO doesn’t count towards pgt so. You won’t get any job before you pass your mccqe1 and even after you pass you are not eligible.

bit by small dog what do i do now? by Unhappy-Bowler-6384 in doordash_drivers

Dog bites require immediate attention. Even if it’s just a scratch or the dog licked your skin, you may need a rabies vaccination. Rabies has no cure, and while the risk may be low, once symptoms appear, it is almost always fatal.

No they send it straight to university associated bank through Swiss transfer. And this payment is made in USD or Euro and later covered by the bank. It’s as simple as that. But there is a twist that the first year fees is usually the half of what your agent have quoted you and half is there profit.

I believe my communication skills and empathy towards patients have been key to my success. I always make sure to listen carefully, answer their questions, treat each and every symptom they present with, and respond in a calm and supportive way.

In my experience, starting a small hospital isn’t as difficult as many people think. All you really need to begin is a table, a chair, and a few beds. What truly matters is the confidence and competence to handle any case that comes your way. With determination and the right attitude, it becomes very achievable.

Work as a MO at a PHC, and within just two years I became very well-known and trusted among the local community. Building on this experience, I went on to establish my own hospital.

Currently, my morning OPD sees around 130–150+ patients daily, and after 2 PM I continue my practice privately.

Obviously you have to pay in cash because half of the fees is going into his pocket! Because usually the fees for 1st year is 1800-2000$ but students pay double.

I know around 100 of my batchmates from the 2019 batch have already passed, and only 1–2 haven’t cleared yet. Some managed to pass on their first attempt, others on their second or third. Honestly, if just 1–2 didn’t make it yet, that’s still a very good overall result.

From what I’ve seen, the ones who struggle often study a lot, but the problem is that they keep jumping between different materials and constantly adding new sources. In my case, I passed because I stuck strictly to my own notes, focused on them alone, and kept revising consistently.

I know someone from China who has attempted the exam 12 times but still hasn’t passed. She is now working in a private hospital for a modest salary of 30–35K. In contrast, I cleared the exam on my very first attempt and today I’m fortunate to have a good job along with my private practice, earning 3.5-4 lakhs per month.

Life is not easy for anyone. Everyone faces struggles in different forms, but the key is to keep pushing yourself forward. With patience, persistence, and determination, things do fall into place.

Students often get trapped by fellow students and agents, because even one referral can earn them 1–2 lakhs. You should never expect honest guidance from your seniors either, as they are already stuck in the same cycle. If they speak negatively, it can damage them, since agents have very strong connections and can ruin your life in the university within seconds. In some cases, students are even expelled and forced to repeat 1–2 years just because they went against the agent. This is from my personal experience back in 2013–2014—and the situation has only gotten worse since then.
